Return and Refund Policy
When making a purchase with Pangolin Lasers, LLC, our return and refund return policy is as follows:
CANCELLATION PERIOD / TIMEFRAME
The consumer is entitled to request a return and refund of their purchase within 14 days of the goods being accepted. If a return or refund request is sent in outside of this 14-day period, it is the sole decision of Pangolin Lasers, LLC as to whether or not the return or refund will be granted.
Pangolin Lasers, LLC will make a good faith attempt to return the goods, if they believe they can resell, reuse, or recoup their investment, which went into the production and manufacturing of the purchased products.
If the request is approved, a 25% restocking fee based on the listed website price may apply, at the discretion of Pangolin Lasers, LLC.
NOTE that we do not offer refunds on software rental license options. Please take into consideration, that all sales of rental software, are final.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS MADE FOR ORDERS
In a situation where a payment or deposit is made on an order, and the subsequent order is put into production, please note such payments and deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are only allowed at the sole discretion of Pangolin Lasers, LLC.
If the request is approved, a 25% restocking fee based on the purchase price may apply, at the discretion of Pangolin Lasers, LLC.
NOTE: we do not offer refunds on payments or deposits made for software licenses sold through Pangolin Lasers, LLC. All software sales are considered final. If you have a request to return, refund, or exhcange software, the approval of this request is at the sole discretion of Pangolin Lasers, LLC.

METHOD OF REFUND
Refunds to the buyer will be made using their original method of payment or using a check or electronic payment from Pangolin Lasers, LLC.
PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS AND RETURNS
When returning an item back to Pangolin Lasers, LLC, the buyer is obliged to return the item undamaged and complete, in the item’s original packaging. If the consumer returns the items to the seller without original packaging, or if the items are deemed to be damaged (including during transit times) this kind of damage to the goods may be considered by the contracting parties as serious damage to the goods, and the buyer may not be entitled to having the price of the goods refunded.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT GOODS
If a client receives goods which are damaged, defective or incorrect on arrival, they have five business days to notify Pangolin Lasers, LLC of the damaged, defective, or incorrect goods. They can do this by emailing sales@pangolin.com, and support@pangolin.com.
Proof documenting the damage, defectiveness, or incorrect goods sent needs to be emailed to support@pangolin.com, in the form of photos, video, or related media (i.e. we need to see what damage took place, what is defective about the product, or that the incorrect items were sent, to help address the claim).
Once we confirm via email that there is damage, that the product is defective, or that we sent the incorrect items, we will coordinate the return or replacement of the goods back to our headquarters and facilitate an appropriate exchange. The return shipment is the burden of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
Once the damaged, defective or incorrect goods are received back by Pangolin Lasers, LLC, we will coordinate the appropriate replacement products back to the buyer. Replacements products will be the same product originally purchased, or an agreed upon replacement (confirmed by both the buyer, and Pangolin Lasers, LLC).
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING COSTS
Return shipping and packaging costs to and from Pangolin Lasers, LLC are the burden of the buyer, unless otherwise specified and agreed.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CHARGES
Delivery and Shipping Charges to buyer are non-refundable once the items have been received, as documented with our approved shipping providers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, USPS, Cargo Partner, and subsequent shipping providers which may be used, as approved by Pangolin Lasers, LLC).
PRODUCTS RETURNED EXCEEDING CANCELLATION PERIOD
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests, after fourteen days of a consumer receiving the goods – Unless otherwise agreed by buyer and Pangolin Lasers, LLC.
RETURN AND REFUND LANGUAGE
This Return and Refund Policy was written in the English language. English interpretation will override any other translations or interpretations of this policies text.
